Flea Market @ Scape, 28 Oct 2006

Sorry to have kept you waiting for updates.

Things have gotten more hectic at work (I reached home @ 9pm just now), and when I want to update last night, my internet connection just won't work! Brrr....

One announcement here~ This will probably be my last update for this month as I will be holding a booth to sell my craft @ Scape Youth Park (beside Orchard Cineleisure) on 28 Oct 2006, Sat from 1 - 7pm. I am very excited about this, although this is the second time I am having a booth during a fair. So if you have been eyeing on a particular item here, please place your order fast, else it might be gone during the flea market sale. Ans some of the one-pieces, remakes might not be possible.. So grab them now~

One of the highlights of my flea market booth will be the "Sentiments" series of ear studs, which is made of 45 different designs. On each stud will be a short message on a round background. There is a total of 45 different messages, so every piece is unique (Yes, this means that your pair of ear studs will have different messages). Also, I will be working on new designs for this event, so please come join the fun on 28 Oct. Hope to see you there!

This is a bold and complicated design and I spent a lot of time working on this to get the correct look. Notice that there are two special transparent glass beads among the sea of aquas?

I like the way cloisonne beads have the oriental feel, so by teaming them will gold findings, I am constantly reminded of those gentle ladies in the swordplay tv shows... and of course, not forgetting the heros beside them..

Flower Power~

I had a really fruitful bead-shopping trip on Saturday, and was especially thrilled by the tons of new materials that are available and suits my craze now - studs!
This issue is also for a longtime friend of mine, who's into studs more than the dangling earrings now. (Hey girl, you know who you are.. Hee..)

Dress Me Up~

My apologies for the lack of updates for the past week. I was rather caught up with work recently; my tuition student is mugging for his promos, so I had to spend time with him. Oh yes, I managed to pass my FTT, so I am starting my first practical driving lesson this sunday!! =)
